We have been in business for 35 years. Blomquist Taxidermy takes pride in every piece we have the privilege to work on. I treat each piece as if it were my own. Everything is done to make your mount look the best as possible. Taxidermy is art, not just a stuffed animal. I started doing taxidermy at the age of twelve, and got interested in taxidermy through my love of duck hunting. I started out doing taxidermy as a hobby. Now, 28 years later, I own and operate a full time business which is located in southern Louisiana. where we are surrounded by extraordinary waterfowl hunting.

I also teach the art of taxidermy. Three day, and One week classes are available where you can learn with a proven master taxidermist with one on one attention for every student.
